No pressure, great selection, positive energy, and friendly service. Such a great experience and we purchased several items that will allow us to look back on our trip with fond memories. Thank you! ❤️
Bought shirts and bracelets. Fun location, but vendors are pushy. It reminds me of Waikiki of the late 70's early 80's.
My advice is to be careful when paying in cash. I bought some cheap trinkets here and was told 15 even. Then the minute the vendor saw me pull out some dollar bills, she said "oh I i mean 17 because of tax." You'll get scammed if you're not careful. Many of the vendors sell the same thing, of course you can try to haggle but they'll start being rude when you don't want to pay the price they want. They have hello kitty items (you can find them on aliexpress for the same price) that are cheap compared to ABC. I don't recommend buying the shirts because they are poor quality; the print easily comes off in the washer. They are cheap for a reason, I learned the first time.
Whenever I’ve been to Oahu, I never miss this juice stand called Paradise Island. They have fresh coconuts and sugarcane. It turns out that my favorite spot refreshing of vacation.
Prices are high so get ready to haggle, vendors will tell you the original price was something insane and now there is a "huge sale". The atmosphere is wonderful though and the area is pretty. One shop owner yelled at me for taking pictures because it was going to "ruin her sales"?
