I studied at Eagle Sacramento School and all I can say is that teacher Bia is the best teacher I ever had, they have free snacks (never seen this before in any other school there I’ve been to) and a friendly environment. There’s a big parking lot, that is very convenient and the location is excellent with a lot of restaurants around there. Ahh and they throw the most fun themed parties (like Halloween, Easter, etc) for free to the students.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your institution regarding my recent request to change my status. I contacted the school to initiate this process, but unfortunately, the service I received fell far below my expectations. Firstly, I found that the documents I submitted were not thoroughly reviewed. If your team had carefully examined all the documents from the start, the process would have been much smoother. This oversight led to significant delays and unnecessary frustration on my part. Furthermore, I did not receive adequate support or guidance throughout the process. As a paying customer, I expected a higher level of assistance to ensure everything was completed correctly and efficiently. I feel that the support provided was lacking, and I was not given the proper attention needed for such an important matter. To add to my disappointment, after paying a reasonably high fee just to begin the process, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional $350 for the submission of more "evidence." This extra fee could have been avoided had my initial documents been reviewed properly and the necessary advice given at the outset. I believe that this situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner, and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of thoroughness and support provided by your school. I kindly request a reconsideration of the additional fee and a review of the services provided.
