Grateful to the staff at East Lake Animal Clinic for caring for our little family. Dr. Travis, Dr. Cheri, Kiki, Aimee, Shelby, Nick and all the others whose names currently escape us, thank you so much for the love and respect you've consistently shown our family in caring for our smallest living members Jesus, Chloe and Cecil, as well as the family that we've lost, Jaegar, Duncan and Dexter. Jesus is our spiciest chihuahua rescue, who absolutely loves going to the vet to see his favorite people. He howls out the car window until we arrive, walks through the door with a big grin and googley eyes, wagging his tail and batting his greying eyelashes, barely able to stop wiggling long enough to capture an accurate weight on the scale. Unfortunately, his switch flips instantly upon being touched or examined, and he turns into a tiny terrifying monster. But not for long. As soon as he's off the exam table and back on the floor, he's happy again and yes he will take the treats being offered and he thanks you very kindly. Thank you for caring for our pack.

Dr Sohini was incredibly patient and gentle with my cat! I also didn't feel rushed and all of my questions got answered. No complaints and the waiting room didn't smell like piss so that's another plus!

What can I say but Dr. Cherie and the other vets and staff at East Lake are the most amazing, compassionate crew? For twelve-and-a-half years, we had our beautiful, gentle Samwise. The last five years, we were looking for a new vet and started taking him to East Lake Animal Clinic. Over the years, ELAC have been there for the ups and downs. When a lung mass was found incidentally at the U of MN emergency clinic last year, it was Dr. Cherie who kindly shared a referral for a wonderful oncologist. After Sam's successful lobectomy, he continued to be monitored by monthly checks with both ELAC and his oncologist. We had Sam for nine more months. Nine more months of pets, and walks, and snacks, and playing with friends. And in the end, Dr. Cherie, Aimee, and the rest of the staff at ELAC walked with us to the edge of the rainbow bridge. Thank you, for helping us give Sam a happy, full life. We are so glad you're were here for him and are still here for our kitties, Monty and Soléil.

Vets and vet techs are great. Front desk needs some customer service training. We love our dog and don't need guilt trips about being overdue for an appt(it also turned out the front desk person was wrong and we were still within range so they were rude about it and wrong, terrible combo. Just help the people and dogs without the attitude. And this was not just one visit so I know it wasn't just a bad day. It's a whole vibe for the front office staff. 5 stars if not for the front office staff.

Since 2019, East Lake Animal Clinic and my family of two (formerly 3) pups have shared annual wellness visits, emergency surgery, and the painful experience of euthanasia along with multiple open discussions on how to proceed forward through behavior changes, skin and digestive issues. This ongoing dialogue is a testament to the daily dedication that all of their Staff bring to the animals companions in their care.
