Caroline and her team are Awesome! They care and it shows! And they know their stuff, too! I've been working with Ally Bryant! She is the best. 2.5 months and I am seeing great results! Highly recommend them. They are merging with Phoenix Physical Therapy next month and I am following them!
I've been going to Elite PT for close to 2 months now following a car accident. I can say without a doubt this is the best PT office I've ever been to and the best PT office in Baltimore City. From the first time I spoke with Marni at the entrance and over the phone, she clearly advised me on what was needed document wise to ensure there were no billing/insurance hiccups during my treatment. From my initial exam with my PT, Ally, I quickly learned how thorough and communicative Elite PT were going to be. Ally took her time to ask plenty of questions and understand the extent of my injuries to help develop a care plan customized for me. She was always attentive and answered all of questions as I asked. She made sure for every exercise that I perfromed, I was simultaneously being educated on the benefits and what each exercise addressed. And I can't forget Sarah. She was the tech that helped me improve my form in all of the various exercises to ensure I was getting optimal benefit. She's funny too but knows how to keep the patient engaged and driven. Caroline, the owner, and her pup, Ella, really are a dynamic duo as they've built an excellent team of Staff and PTs. Over the last couple of months, I've really gotten to know everyone and the environment is super positive. Every patient I've seen, leaves smiling. Makes you feel like you're speaking to friends you've known for a long time. I highly recommend this PT Office!
Everyone at Elite PT is incredibly compassionate and caring. I’ve been going here for months now and although my recovery has not been the smoothest, they have helped me every step of the way. Ally is incredibly knowledgeable and it is evident that she truly cares about her patients and their care.
Had an excellent experience with Caroline and the rest of the Elite PT team! The atmosphere of this practice is warm and approachable, and Caroline’s attention to detail and genuine desire to help her patients makes her an amazing PT! I looked forward to my appointments during my treatment, and I was given a very personalized and manageable home maintenance routine to keep me feeling great outside of the Elite PT office. Would highly recommend!
This facility has thought of every aspect of needs for their clients/patients… even the aspects outside of their location. In light of the heightened fear of crime affecting the community in downtown Baltimore, I found myself nervous to choose Elite PT as my physical therapy location… based on their location. Let me give it to you straight, SUPER SAFE. They have a parking garage connected directly to their office, out of your car, onto an enclosed elevator directly to their office, and they pay for the majority of the parking fee (you pay $2.00). It’s a direct drive, with very few turns. I am so glad that I chose Elite and did not allow my fear to get the better of me because the care provided is thoughtful, clean, and last but not least EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD OF CARE. All fears have been extinguished due to their high level of thoughtfulness towards providing care for the total health of their clients/patients. But mostly it’s the fact that because of their stellar knowledge of the body and how it works I am feeling close to 100% better/stronger. Thank you ELITE.
