Innovative Physical Therapy is the best place since I started my therapy. I have tried others, but they do not have people that really cares about what happens to you. The staff is very caring. I am glad we found them. All praise to the most high, for guiding us to them.
I love it at innovative Pt. This is my 2nd time coming for treatment. I am now pain free for 4 days. I still have pain when I sit too long It’s bearable. The staff are friendly and they listen to you when you tell them about the pain. They give you creative ways to relieve it that work!!!
My experience was very good. I received the right treatment and got answers for questions I ask. Everyone was friendly and nice. I would chose Innovative Physical Therapy again telling family and friends about it.
Special thanks to Erin, Kaitlyn, and the crew at Innovative Rosedale. These ladies are amazing. The were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable of their jobs. They assisted me with techniques for my lower back pain. I appreciate each staff that I worked with and it was a pleasure coming into a clean environment everytime. Thanks for my weekly riddles that I look forward too each week. Thanks again Innovative Staff At Rosedale. I highly recommend them.
Years ago I used an outpatient physical therapy site and they were very clinical and about the business of routine therapy, one, two, three. What an awesome experience this physical therapy facility has proven to be. Everyone is very professional and very knowledgeable and extremely supportive. They acknowledge your pain and your struggles to get through each session. They make you feel at home, but you still have to complete the tasks assigned while they continue to interact with you throughout the session. They never let you feel alone or forgotten no matter what equipment you are using. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. And I want to thank everyone there for being so kind and welcoming and supportive.
