I sincerely thank you for the wonderful organization of my daughters’ birthday. It was the best celebration of their lives, as my girls said themselves. Special thanks to the staff for their excellent and efficient work, and to the manager for the outstanding organization and leadership. He professionally coordinated the team and made everything run perfectly.

My kids love Epic Air, but I wouldn’t recommend booking a birthday party here. We paid over $500 and received Dollar Tree-quality tablecloths. The host was unprepared, and the team offered no assistance We had to advocate for help the entire time. Honestly, it would have been better to skip the table altogether and just invite everyone. There was nowhere to put shoes or coats, and it was so cold that the kids only played for about 30 minutes before bundling up with parents. Our guest actually left 30 minutes early. The food arrived late, and overall, we were truly disappointed. I understand they were short-staffed, but this experience fell far short of expectations. Now we have an classroom of sick children.If you do book, I strongly recommend arriving at least an hour early to make sure everything is set up properly.

We just celebrated my son’s 4th birthday at Epic Air and it was good from start to finish! Booking the party package was easy, the party host kept everything running smoothly, and the kids (and parents) had non-stop fun for the full 2 hours. Thank you, Kamil, for going above and beyond and for keeping everything professional and fun even when he were flying solo. He stayed friendly, patient, and totally on-task the whole time. You made my son’s birthday truly epic! We’ll be back, and we’ll definitely be requesting you again. Epic

We had a wonderful time and all the parents were very impressed. Our hostess, Aly, was so sweet and amazing. She made the whole process so much easier. I didnt give it 5 stars because I feel like for the price, there's not much junp time when you include eating pizza and cake. We ordered extra food and none od it came out with the pizza. We paid for 3 extra trays and 2 of them came out after all the kids were done eating and already back to jumping. We wasted $60. Other than that, it was great.
