I brought in a pair of earrings in that needed a simple repair. It was completed within 5 minutes and I wasn't charged anything, even though I've never been to the shop before and hadn't purchase the earrings from them. Excellent service and great people!
I took my wedding ring in to be sized & cleaned. Mike did a great job & pointed out my prongs needed replacing and quickly so I didn’t loose my diamond. They ordered the part to fix it & Steve fixed my ring the same day I brought it in. It looks amazing & they both were friendly & helpful!
I was not happy with my broken gold chain bracelet soldered on. They didn’t tell me that it will not look ideal once fixed, because of how thin the chain is and I didn’t know that lasering the broken part would make it look darker silverish color. All they said was they will soldered it on, then hit it three times with a laser to make it stay together. Now my shiny gold new bracelet has a darker spot with thinner smaller smooshed looking fixed part right in front of it. It looks horrible. I was hoping the fixing gets done very smoothly as they assured me on that or else I wouldn’t leave my bracelet with them to be ruined like that! I don’t even know why it looks silver like that. To compensate they gave me 20% off that is why I gave 2 stars.
