My experience today at Riddle’s Jewelry in Oak View Mall was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sarah, who was incredibly friendly and helped me find my perfect ring size with care and professionalism. One of the gentlemen in the back, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, went above and beyond to share helpful information and clearly knew his craft inside and out. Finally, Greg assisted me with my ring purchase, and his honesty and kindness made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. Every single person I interacted with was genuine, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality these days, but the team at Riddle’s truly restored my faith in great customer service. Thank you all for making my experience such a memorable one!”
Sebastian was wonderful and such a delight to work with! I went in with no idea if my vintage locket could even be engraved, let alone what I wanted, and Sebastian was lovely the whole time, making sure I adored what I got. Really over the moon with my experience.
From selection to pricing everything is perfect. The ladies that work there are friendly, funny, and helped me find the perfect bracelet to propose to my partner. I didn’t even have to look far, I told them I needed something that wasn’t a ring to propose with, told them his favorite gemstone was amethyst, and they pulled out the most stunning bracelet. It was even on sale! When the other girl working found out it was for a proposal, she went straight to working to find the perfect box to use that would give the traditional “ring box” reveal. They will go above and beyond to make any moment perfectly special. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
This Riddles location is run by an amazing team of friendly and extremely helpful staff! couldnt be more appreciative for their patience and assistance through a very short timeline. Excellent help and an amazing set of rings!! Special thanks to Sally, Sebastian, and Kelly! 🙌🙌
Alaina was great! I found my dream ring but was not planning on choosing it because it was more than our budget. She wrote down all the details on her card for me so I could look for one just like it for cheaper elsewhere. I ended up choosing it after learning about their financing.
