Fast friendly staff, good customer service,glasses was ready in 21 minutes and I was told an hr they would be ready I'm so impressed by the young lady that helped me she made me feel at home ....Thanks for your hospitality and I love my glasses 🤓
Excellent customer service!! My glasses were ready in only 5 minutes. All staff are very friendly and professional.
Regret buying in store. The online price for my glasses was $352 without insurance, which I could have submitted to my insurace to cover. When I went in store I was told the exact same frame and transition lenses would cost $334. I thought I would be saving money, but it turns out they actually marked the price up to $709 and charged my insurance $375. So, the basically stole my vision benefits. They also got my prescription wrong, switching my left and right eye, and do provide a protective case for the glasses you buy there. Crystal was very kind and helpful, she checked the prescription and had the lenses remade. The other attendant I've met there was not very friendly.
The thing that I would most like to share about Eyemart Express is that they have the best Customer Satisfaction Program of any company that I have ever come across. I cannot tell you much they have helped me with my last eyeglasses journey. From my prescription being wrong and having to get a new one, to the frames not fitting properly and having to get new ones. EVERY single person there was very kind and helpful with me. I would like to thank Crystal, Kaitlyn, and Brenda and anyone else that I may have missed, because everyone there helped me.
I've been going for a long while now. Decent prices, quick turn arounds, some staff provide good service but I've had some bad customer service experiences. During the most recent visit, while picking up my glasses, they needed adjusting and the employee began aggressively bending the frames with her hands. I thought they were going to break! When she handed them to me I chose to leave. I know the process for fitting glasses and what she chose to do was not it. She happened to be who assisted me when ordering days prior and was not pleasant about my questions at that time either. Customer service matters. We had our annual visit and the employee mentioned above was gone, the ladies present were wonderful.
