I cannot recommend Fenn enough. When I called and spoke with Sarah, she was so kind and thorough walking me through all of the options, necessary prep, and getting someone out for an inspection quickly. She called me back to let me know that someone was available to come inspect even sooner than anticipated. The pricing and ongoing contract pricing and benefits are a great deal. Juan came to do my inspection, he is incredible. I was so stressed having bugs in my home and he was extremely thorough and helped me remain calm by educating me on the steps to take and just his calming presence was very helpful.

I have used Fenn for years, and the technicians have always been very good. Lately, though, I can't seem to keep the same technician. I have monthly service at my house and a rental and about every third month it seems like the tech is changed to a new area. Every time that happens, I have to go over and make sure it is understood what needs to be addressed. It seems like there is a communication issue, too, between the office and the technicians. Also, one of the techs, (and he was my fave but, again, he was transferred after two or three times), broke the top part of the rental gate. He told the manager but I never heard from the manager about that. When I say I have used them for years, that is when Stan Fenn was working and their tiny office was on Lemon. Maybe they are getting too big and customer service is a little problematic?
