Tracey and Falynn as a team was superb! Timeliness, execution, camaraderie, solution oriented, and organized. Tracey's name is well known across the wedding events community. It was seamless having her as an approved vendor by The Modern and I didn't know that was a requirement by the vendor because I had her booked before the venue ! lol! There's no way I would have wanted to work with anyone else! Tracey's patience is a gift from God. She walks with Grace and poise that eases all angst! I had a ball on my day and it stems from the team I was blessed to have hired. Their cost is reasonable! I didn't realized all I paid for until I got my pictures and was shocked. That was really my wedding! Love y'all ladies for life!
Tracy’s accolades in the wedding planning industry could speak proudly for themselves but we were so grateful to have her experience and support for our big day and the months leading up to it. She helped us find all our vendors, came with us to coordinate our rentals & floor plan, checked in on us regularly, helped keep our wedding day on schedule and did it all with warmth and friendliness along the way. So we were able to enjoy our day with our family and friends and have fun without being stressed about all the details. I couldn’t imagine ever doing it without her! I also love that this is a family business- they felt very familial to us and that’s something special. Including Falynn, our florist on the team who made our ceremony and reception look spectacular. All of these ladies are truly gifted and deserve all the credit for the work that they put in. Thanks for making our day so wonderful and truly unforgettable.
I partnered with Tracy & her team for a recent wedding and they are the bomb! As a DJ/Musician, a major aspect in creating unforgettable experiences for each couple is having a rock solid wedding coordinator. Tracy and her Flawless Weddings team are exactly that :) Super fun, friendly, excellent communicators, superb taste, and phenomenal at bringing couples' visions to life. Tracy did a dynamite job and I'd be stoked to team up with her and the Flawless Weddings team again. Definitely send her a message!
Working with reputable vendors is a must in this industry. A great wedding planner can make your special day go flawless and enjoyable or it can make it miserable and upsetting. Flawless Weddings is just that. When I work with Tracy as a photographer I feel at ease knowing everything will be in place at the time it needs to be and the wedding party ready when needed. Her attention to detail and design element is breathtaking. I literally want to do events with her as much as I can. The flowers from are flawless I never have wilted browning flowers to take photos of, always fresh, colorful and full not flimsy at all. Hands down she is a first choice referral for me without hesitation to anyone looking for a fantastic planner and event decorator.
As a wedding photographer, it's imperative my couples have a stellar planner on the team. They touch so many aspects of your day: set-up, fielding guest questions, and simply put, making your wedding day dreams come true! This was my second time working with Tracey at Flawless Weddings + Events and I cannot recommend them enough. They checked in with me early and often to make sure I had what I needed. They brought me water, ME! It was very hot in the sun especially with a mask on. I also noticed them neutralizing a situation with the venue coordinator. Planners are so important, but Flawless goes above and beyond!
