I’ve been raving about Flow and particularly Brittany for the last several months! The studio is incredible and very zen. I’ve had two 90 minute therapeutic massages by Brittany in the last 3 months and she is not a one hit wonder! The 2nd time was just as amazing as the first-intentional, great pressure, very healing, very relaxing. They also give you this perfect complementary cup of herbal tea when you check out. It’s the little things too! I’m rebooking now by the way 😅
I've been getting authentic Thai massage for over a year here and it is always a terrific, enjoyable and relaxing experience. I'm pretty sure they are the only business in Hampton Roads area that provides true, experienced Thai massage. They are true professionals that really know what they are doing and listen to you're requests and then deliver in order to provide an A+ experience. In my case it is to increase athletic performance and prevent injuries. It's working!
I’m generally a very picky customer, and I rarely leave reviews — let alone give five stars. But this place truly deserves it. I’ve been here about seven times now since my first visit, and I’ve never once thought about going anywhere else. Their professional service, first-class environment, and — most importantly — the owner’s responsiveness to feedback all really stand out to me. From the thoughtful interior details to the calm, welcoming vibe, you can tell the owner has a great sense of aesthetics and a deep level of awareness. It makes you feel instantly at ease. Although my last massage wasn’t quite as great as the others, and there was some misunderstanding — I actually missed the owner’s call when they first tried to follow up — once we connected, I realized they had responded very quickly and sincerely. The therapist may have just been nervous or having a tough day, which I completely understand. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to maintain consistent quality, especially when it comes to managing people. But this place truly does an outstanding job. I highly recommend it.
INCREDIBLE. Brittany has just become the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I feel like a different person. The minute I got up, I rebooked and texted everyone in my class to recommend her. Can’t say enough good things about this place! The massage was otherworldly, the place was beautiful, the staff were fantastic, and even though I arrived a little early they got me in immediately, and offered me tea and water to go after my massage. I’ll definitely be back!
