My daughter’s vehicle was vandalized, and I took it to Floyd & Sons for an estimate. They were able to work me in within a couple of days, which I really appreciated. Tim was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. State Farm has been difficult to work with on the claim, and Tim went above and beyond—he even uploaded the estimate twice because State Farm gave me incorrect information and failed to update the body shop. He handled it gracefully and was very empathetic about my situation. While I was there, I also asked for an estimate on my own vehicle for hail damage. Tim provided the estimate and even advised me to wait until next summer, explaining that the heat might help some of the dents pop out or become less noticeable. I was impressed by his honesty and sincerity. I originally chose Floyd & Sons because they were recommended by someone in my neighborhood, and now I understand why. They are good, honest people, and I highly recommend them.
This place is outstanding! I went here for the first time the other day to get a new splash guard and my taillight repaired. I was bracing for an estimate of six or seven hundred dollars. Instead, they charged a little over two-hundred for everything! I was very pleasantly surprised. They also told me that there's a recall on my current airbag which is something that I was completely unaware of. So they look out for your safety AND your wallet! The customer service was great, also. Five stars for sure!
20 out of 10! Took my car in to get the front bumper fixed and these guys absolutely nailed it. What really stood out was how honest and transparent they were the whole time. No surprises, no upselling—just straight answers and solid advice. They walked me through what needed to be done, and explained the costs clearly. You’d never know there was any damage—paint matches perfectly and everything lines up like it’s brand new. They were super easy to work with. No hassle, no stress, just solid work and great service. Really appreciate how friendly and professional everyone was especially Tim. If you need bodywork done, definitely check them out. I’ll be coming back if I ever need anything else (hopefully not too soon though!).
We have used Floyd and Sons several times. They are genuinely wonderful to work with. As everyone knows, women have a little bit of trouble going to a body shop and getting people to not rip them off or tell them they need to fix things they don’t really need to fix. Every experience with Floyd and sons has been beautiful. They have redone my car after a dog ran out in front of me coming back from the lake. They have redone my wheels when I hit a rock driving to church and it bent my wheel. I didn’t even know people could do that.However, I knew exactly who I wanted to call and would trust.
