Heartfulness Meditation practice, especially the cleansing technique whereby one can easily remove emotional burdens and stress-causing thoughts is so effective, I am still amazed by it. Totally stoked!! 😊 If you ever have the inclination to try “meditation” give Heartfulness a try, it’s simple, requires no back-breaking efforts, and to boot, is totally free of cost. It has made me see that meditation is effortless focus, so easy to achieve, doesn’t require any belief system, is free of doctrines and dogmas, and all the traditional myths surrounding meditation I had, were busted (yes, you can meditate in a chair in any environment at any time). Heartiness meditation has helped me become more patient and calm a very useful trait for a parent of a 20 month old. It has brought me closer to like minded people who have all been so welcoming and supporting. The love and affection you grow in your self through meditation is an amazing side-effect of it. I’ve tried many different styles of meditation and mindfulness practices over the years and found each to have its merits. However in my experience Heartfulness is without comparison in the effects it has produced. I was sceptical at first, but the results have been unexpected and nothing short of amazing. It ticks all the boxes for me, in being simple, easy to practice and free of charge. Above all it was so incredibly refreshing to find something that actually works and doesn’t have any dogmas or complicated stories attached that I had to believe in. You simply practice and experience for yourself. There’s a network of amazing trainers putting their time and effort to help people, simply out of the goodness of their heart. Not only in a group setting but also one on one! I have not come across another system to date that gives you access to trainers free of charge on an individual basis. There’s also an application and guided practices available online 24/7 which is really useful and allows me to connect and practice anytime I like. Simple and highly effective.
There are innumerable benefits of heart based meditation with yogic transmission of Heartfulness meditation. It helps to relax your body, mind and soul. You feel emotionally and physically rejuvenated after meditation sessions. This is an age old form of Raja Yoga meditation practice.
