I had tried several techniques to try quieten my mind and deal with the stress I was going through but nothing was as effective. Finally, I attended Art of Living's SKY Breathing and Meditation which has been the best investment I have made for myself. The techniques are very effective, and I could feel the change instantaneously. I could feel the calm and peace I was looking for. I could finally say goodbye to the stress I was experiencing. I would highly recommend this. The yoga classes are also very good and authentic.
