I’ve been taking my vehicles here since 2016, and I couldn’t be happier. From simple subwoofer packages - to complete audio overhauls, they have always treated me well and the finished product always looks and sounds amazing. The only audio shop I will use in Utah.
Is it possible to rate 8 stars? I cannot say enough good things about Diego and the crew at Frequency. Their focus on customer service, attention to detail and craftsmanship is exemplary, and every other business could learn something from them. I came to them with a fairly involved installation using products for which they are not a dealer. The handled the task easily, went the extra ten miles to problem solve and even get on the phone with vendor support to work out solutions to others' mishaps and mistakes--all with a smile, a sense of humor and great communication. Their pricing is very fair and up-front. The guys at Frequency are also super-creative and can build custom solutions that look OEM. They are very clever and thoughtful about making things accessible in the future and won't send anything out the door unless it is perfect. There are a lot of mediocre to bad shops that give folks in this business a bad name. You never have to roll the dice again; just go to Frequency and smile. Thank you guys! Appreciate you.
I was referred to Frequency Mobile Innovations by The Paint Spot. I was looking for tinting for my vintage car plus a new sound system as my old speakers were blown. They did a stellar job with the tint! I love the heat reduction film on the front windshield. It really blocks the heat. So worth it. The sound system exceeds my expectations. I must say that it's so rare to encounter such excellent customer service as I had an issue that was quickly and easily resolved. Igor is the KING of Customer Satisfaction! He is very amicable and helped walk me through my new sound system personally. Cheers...
After purchasing a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser, I went through extensive research to identify an aftermarket lighting and wiring specialist. Team at frequency was recommended on a couple of occasions and I booked a time two weeks in advance to have my car worked on. Igor at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as far as what I was trying to do. He gave me reassurance that they had the team capable of managing a wide array of Baja design, light bars, internal wiring, auxiliary panels, and battery hook up to a hybrid located in the rear of the truck. Igor accurately quoted me an approximate time and in a day and a half they had completely and professionally installed all of my aftermarket items as if they were straight off the showroom floor. I would highly recommend these guys if you are interested in getting your in wick Ring and Electrical done 100% correctly. I took it into my Toyota dealership to show them what great work they had done and Mark Miller Toyota agreed it was one of the best wiring they had seen. The showroom is professional well maintained, and can handle multiple cars at once. Top notch
Frequency just tinted my third vehicle – windshield, sides, and sunroof with amazing heat-blocking film. Keeps things super cool! They also hardwired my radar detector with a neat mirror mount. Always a great experience with these top-notch and friendly folks. Their workmanship is fantastic!
