Enjoying my Physical Therapy at Northeast Fyzical! The new techniques are working well and do not put undue strain on my knee joint. The staff is awesome! Looking forward to rehabbing after my knee replacement.

Fyzical El Paso on Loma de Sur Dr. My loved one was recently diagnosed with GBS, so physical therapy is essential for his recovery. The clinical staff here is patient, caring, and very professional. The facility is clean and equipped with excellent tools that genuinely support high-quality treatment. Unfortunately, after our fourth visit we were told our insurance was not covering the sessions. I explained that we had an approved referral and requested time to contact Tricare, as similar errors have happened in the past. Instead, I was told the billing was correct and that we would need to pay out of pocket, they did offer a discount though. When I contacted Tricare, they confirmed the claim had been submitted incorrectly and explained the proper steps. After I relayed this information, the billing manager agreed to resubmit the claim, though the interaction felt tense. Because of this issue, despite having approved visits from October through March, we were only able to use three and had to cancel the rest. The actual treatment at Fyzical was excellent, and had we not encountered this billing problem, we would have gladly continued care there.

I love this place!! I receive my fisiotherapy, with 2 guys: Andres and Luis. One is the one that check whats wrong with you..and give you solutions.and Luis is the one at the pool. He makes you make some workout that looks easy... but it is exausting and great for your body! Melissa makes your schedule, the place its huge, and always clean!💙
