I’m looking for a Geek Squad location that would be able to help me fix broken wingtips of the Beats Pro earbuds. I called this location and Jose was super helpful in answering my questions and pointing to the appropriate location to schedule an appointment. I’m deducting a star because the BestBuy phone bot that takes your call initially is absolute trash, even by phone bot standards.

Man they are talking so many nonsense. I even called before to confirm they can replace the thermal paste in 30 min. After arrive they said it gonna take 5 days. And after they heard I got couple of time of blue screen they just refuse to take any further. The horrible service ever and only make easy money

Tuve una experiencia excelente con el Geek Squad de Jersey City para una instalación de TV. Fueron puntuales y me mantuvieron informado regularmente. Ana y Danielle fueron excelentes técnicos y cuando hubo un fallo poco después de que se fueran (¡no fue culpa de ellos!), regresaron el mismo día y lo solucionaron. Todo funciona a la perfección y me impresionó mucho la ética de trabajo que mostraron. Fantástico servicio al cliente y volvería a contratarlos.
