Paul did an amazing job fixing a leak under our bath. He gave a fair quote for the job which he then revised to a lower amount once he saw that the job was easier than he expected. Paul then gave us a breakdown of the work he did and answered our questions afterwards. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul to anyone with a plumbing issue and will be going back to him again should they need arise.
Paul from Quayside was a great help when a plumbing issue recently came up in my flat. He took time to assess the problem, fixed it in one session and kindly returned to the flat the next week to make sure the issue had not returned. He also sent a really comprehensive report that helped me understand what had gone wrong. Highly recommended and also excellent, clear communication both on the phone and over text. Paul did a great job fixing the siphon on a toilet. It initially looked a straight forward job but became a bit more of a challenge as the job went on due to the age of the toilet. Paul was very patient and stuck to the original price quoted despite the job taking longer due to complications. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Paul.
