I cancelled my Glo Tanning membership at the beginning of October, yet I continue to be charged for it. The primary reason for my cancellation was the disappointing results; to get a noticeable spray tan, I had to purchase extra color, which I've never had to do at other salons. I brought this to the front desk's attention multiple times, but the issue was never resolved. My last appointment was in September. In addition to the subpar service, the front desk was consistently disorganized. The staff often struggled to manage the queue, frequently serving customers out of order and creating a frustrating environment. However, the most critical issue is the continued, unauthorized charges to my credit card. Despite cancelling my membership, I am forced to dispute a new charge each month, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Several of my friends have also reported experiencing the same billing problems with Glo Tanning.
Sydni went above and beyond in explaining products and services. She really spent time going over everything and was very knowledgeable and kind. Great first experience with wonderful customer service- it was very clean and the massage chair was amazing. Highly recommend.
I’ve never had a spray tan or any kind of tan for that matter but wanted to get one for a wedding I was in and someone suggested Glo! I am so glad that they did I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk and they walked me through every step multiple times! I love how you don’t just tan here you can also get a message, red light therapy, and a sauna! Glo is now apart of my weekly self care routine!
This wasn't my normal tanning spot but popped in for a trial tan in the Ergoline Vitality bed. I liked the combo of UV with red and blue light and found the misters refreshing. Place is really nice, immaculately clean, and the staff is friendly. I became a member after my initial trial (due to my old place shutting down). I love this place so much more. It's got a luxury feel, a variety of tanning and spa beds, and 3 fabulous massage chairs. Eye protection is required so bring a pair or be prepared to purchase. Hand towel is provided. Membership pricing is reasonable.
