Very nice experience! I was a walk-in and the service was fast with a beautiful and natural result! The staff is so kind and friendly. They have so many nail options and to top it off they offer a variety of beauty services as well! I will definitely be back!
I’ve gone here 3 times so far and I’ve LOVED my nails each time!! I can’t remember the name of the person who did the first two sets but Hanna did my most recent all nude set and each staff member went above and beyond to find me the right color that matched my Pinterest inspo! I will be back!!
My two daughters and I stopped in to have our nails done. The tech who took care of me was great... if the review was just for her there would be more stars. HOWEVER... the nail tech, Crystal, ripped my daughter's nail clean off while removing the previous nail. Even after my daughter asked her to stop and to soak the nails first. But the tech said this practice was easier and faster. Easier and faster isn't the best practice while dealing with a customer. How about doing it slow and right? Maybe you won't cause medical harm to your customer. As much as I like my tech my daughters and I will not be returning to this location.
Okay so funny story. We walked in here because we needed a new nail shop ASAP. Well they took us same day appointment. 3 soak offs and 3 full sets. I walk in with an AI generated photo of a set for inspiration. Let me tell you. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were so kind and patient, took their time, and asked several times for clarification. My only complaint is that the same song played on loop the ENTIRE TIME we were there. Besides that, it was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
Was able to make a same day appointment online. For a tuesday night they were busy so MAKE AN APPT!! Im in the beauty industry also and appointments just make life easier! I needed a place open late and they’re open till 10! I walked in and was greeted and seated immediately. I was early so I waited a few minutes which was fine. I got a simple square set with dip. Diana was my tech and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I have the most beautiful set of baby pink, y2k inspired square nails. I’m just a millennial girl wishing for simpler times 😂 Thank you! I will be back 💕
