Gold Fitness 24/7 stands out as one of the best gyms in the city. The space is new, clean, and very well equipped, creating a comfortable and motivating place to train. Over the past month, I’ve been working with Calvin, the owner, and it has been a game changer. In my 50s, I knew I needed to take my fitness seriously but didn’t feel confident about where to start. Calvin’s knowledge, patience, and supportive coaching have helped me build strength, improve my technique, and grow in confidence with every session. Highly recommended.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been to ! The machines are great and brand new. The members and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed training here and I hope I can come back one day !
Great gym, the owner (Calvin) is super friendly, welcoming and very approachable. Hoping to have him as my PT once I lose more weight, he definitely knows his nutrition and training. The price to sign up is very affordable with such a great location right in the middle of the city. The gym is always clean, has load of high end new machines and the ambiance/ vibe is great. However it will be great to have wifi accessible to clients, useful when doing cardio.
Outstanding!!! Well equipped & maintained, great price for a day pass. Changing rooms, toilets, combination lock lockers, water cooler provided. Vending machine (sport drinks, protein bars) available. Owner Calvin is AMAZING, runs the places really well- super friendly & very helpful. This place is a gem & my go to when I next visit!
New fitness centre with popular and unique equipments. Staffs are nice and friendly. Great location, 24 hours access and affordable price. What a perfect experience.
