Great customer service! I went in today to print some menu's last minute. The owner was super friendly and very helpful. He took care of all my printing needs in less than 10 minutes — quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend Grand Copy Center!

It is hard to find places that will do large format color printing, much less on lightweight paper. The prints I have gotten from here have all been great. Prices are a bit more expensive than ARC but service and location are better. I also appreciate that I can send files to them via email. Turnaround is usually the same day. Raj is very professional.

Grand Copy Center is on Grand Avenue in Oakland. I had gone to 2 other places to get copies without success before coming here. The first place was a business that had a copy machine, but it wasn't their primary business, and the worker wasn't able to assist me in downloading my PDFs off my phone to make copies. The second business I tried unsuccessfully was actually a copy center, but wasn't open when I got there during regular business hours. They had a sign on the door saying they would be there at 10:30--I went back at 10:45 and they still weren't open. Then I decided to go Grand Copy Center. This is a real copy shop that can do just about anything you may need including color copies, notary, really big jobs, and they were very responsive to my needs. Next time I need copies, I can email Grand Copy Center my PDFs, and they can have them ready when I arrive. I appreciate that they have powerful copiers that can complete almost any job, and competent workers, too.

Estoy muy contento/a de tener este lugar cerca de donde vivimos. Acabamos de venir aquí por primera vez esta semana para un escaneo al que iba con prisa (tenía una fecha límite) y la persona de la tienda fue muy servicial. Terminé en apenas 5-10 minutos. Rápido, eficiente y amable. Sin duda volvería si necesito imprimir/escanear o cualquier otro servicio que ofrezcan.
