Kind of ended up with an accidental appt. But the ladies were gracious and wonderful with my Lil one, and did a beautiful job. Thank you all for your understanding and assistance. Daisy s a new dog, and burr free!

Before I first came here, I read the reviews. And the owner always has a come back and never took responsibility. I still gave the business a chance. After 4 tries and extending grace and kindness, it was still the same unpleasant, we were wasting their time and they all just look so miserable. The whispering, turning your back to the customer is so juvenile, my Grandkids act more mature. Believe the reviews folks. It doesn’t take much for any level headed person to read the consistent reviews and the consistent responses. All I wanted was someone to love my dog and be their groomer. For the prices to be the same I was quoted to be the same when I picked him up. Dog owners like friendly dog groomers that can smile.

If your looking for a competent groomer this place isn't it. The women here are rude and incompetent and can't even schedule a appointment correctly. Took my puppy and great Dane here when I picked them up and it looked like he was cut with dull scissors and like he cut his hair himself. When questioned about his cut all we got in return was excuses and the he wouldn't sit still response....isn't dealing with restless uncomfortable dogs part of your job and I know he's not the only dog that moves. Then they give you one price then you pick up your pets and your charged astronomically more than discussed. Then we get home then realize his nails were only trimmed on 3 of 4 paws really we also took our great dane their at the same time he came home with 2 of his paws bleeding from nails being cut to short and limping on his back leg makes me wonder how well our fur babies our being treated and when something was mentioned all you get is attitude and excuses never the truth or straight answers. After several experiences with this place I would go back here if the grooming was free. If we as customers are getting attitude what are our pets getting. Just beware of the treatment your animals may be getting. Just look at the negative reviews even the owners response is full of excuses, explains where the employees get it from, absolutely no accountability in the work they do or more commonly in the reviews the work they don't do!!! P s - before you can make the excuse about being a puppy They have both been groomed before so save your B.S excuse about being a puppy and not forcing grooming etc. again take accountability for your employees and lack of services paid for.

Before my cat passed away I would bring him here to get his butt and thighs shaved as they grew long and he was prone to urinary tract disorders. The groomers always did an amazing job at making him feel comfortable, working at his pace and being adaptable to what felt most comfortable for him. Now I bring my one year old American pocket bully to get his nails trimmed. They offer a $5 walk in service for nail trims. 10/10 Will come every 4 weeks my puppy doesn’t like when I try to cut his nails and I am not a fan. The groomers are able to clip all of his nails in under 5 minutes! There are two entrances to the building and is not overly difficult to exit. At the end of the appointment your pet will receive a tie or bow tie and they’re themed to holidays

I’ve never owned a long-haired cat so I didn’t realize the issues they could get, matting and unable to groom well. I decided to make an appointment at grateful Pet and will continue to go there. My cat is already a bit of a nervous cat so I was worried about how things would go. She came home and it was like she was a brand new cat. She looked great and she was so happy!
