My partner and I worked with Kasper to design our own wedding rings. The entire process was amazing; we both had rough ideas of what we wanted our wedding rings to look like, but Kasper helped translate those ideas into exactly the rings we wanted. We first got to view 3D mockups of what the rings would look like, then tried on wax moulds of the rings. By the time we picked up our rings, we knew exactly how they would look and feel. Kasper is a great artist and we'd highly recommend working with them
In short: Green Lake Jewelry Works has consistently wonderful customer service, and the folks there do a great job. In long: I went to Green Lake Jewelry Works to pick out the engagement ring I gave to my fiance, and the customer service was wonderful. I came back when I needed some repairs on my own engagement ring (not from GLJW), and they able to help with that, and when it was time for my fiance and I to figure out our wedding rings, we decided to come back and build our rings from the ground up. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted - something that would stand up to daily wear, with a claddaugh design, and a tiny little ring on the ring finger of the left hand holding the heart. We initially came in to see about some adjustments on a different ring, but when that wasn't feasible the folks at Green Lake were super accommodating and Christine was able to help us right then in starting to design our wedding rings. The idea of designing our own rings was fairly daunting, but Christine and her wonderful crew made things much more approachable. They took our vague ideas and made actual designs out of them! And when we had feedback, it was super easy to make changes and figure out the design we wanted. The communication was great, and our rings were done by the timeline set down at the start of production. The rings are absolutely gorgeous, and are exactly what we wanted! And it's been made clear that these folks are always available to help in the future should anything come up. I feel confident that I have a good place to go for any and all jewelry needs in my future!

I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea K to help design my fiancée's engagement ring. We communicated through our design page (which worked like a chat room) to discuss details and my wishes for the ring. Chelsea was very kind, timely, and thorough with responses and always shared CAD models of the ring before casting it. Shipping was fast and secure. I had a clear vision for the ring and they made it all come true - highly recommend Green Lake!
