Came in not knowing what I wanted and left within 30 minutes with a beautiful new ring!! Everyone there is very nice and made the shopping experience calm and fun. Pricing is great and we even had the ring sized the same day within another 30 minutes. Loved shopping here and will definitely be back!!!

Elizabeth was a tremendous help. The store is lovely and they sell excellent products. While I didn't end up buying from them, I found the ring that I eventually chose from this place. Another store sold from the same vendor better prices. Still it was a wonderful experience and they expertise was extremely helpful.

My review is solely based on their gold purchase program. I went in to get an offer on several pieces of jewelry today. It was very quickly glanced over, with a low offer being made but payment unable to be processed until the next business day. I went in Friday so that would be Monday. Instead I went a few miles west to a gold & diamond buyer who took the same pieces and gave me 4x the amount, cash, same day. Grogan is a beautiful store however to get the most for your money, don’t go to them to sell your jewelry.

I would give them six stars if I could. Every one of the ladies in there was so sweet. I ordered a custom engagement ring on layaway. It took me several months to pay it off. Every time I went in there everyone was so invested in our story and was so excited for us. Tammy was our salesperson and was AMAZING and I can't imagine ever buying jewelry from anyone else in the future. I'm not positive, because I'm SO SO dumb when it comes to jewelry, but I think she snuck some kind of stone upgrade onto my purchase. The main stone was much larger than expected. And I went during their bridal sale event and I feel the value for the product and service I received was INCREDIBLE. I do not make a lot of money. I work two jobs. But with the help of this store I was able to get her what she wanted. I am personally proud of the ring and feel no need to ever upgrade in the future. Huge thanks to Tammy and the crew as a whole, as they made this experience so comfortable for me.
