I was at Reeds yesterday, the bridge street location. Leah was so helpful. Go see her, she was kind, patient, and knew her stuff! I had a ring cleaned and inspected while I was there. My experience with REEDS Jewelers was nothing short of exceptional. I was searching for a ruby engagement ring for my fiancée and found the perfect one on their website. Although I don’t live in a state with a physical REEDS location, this didn’t stop me from receiving top-tier customer service. I first reached out via text and connected with Cortney from the Customer Care team. She was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about financing options and their lifetime warranty. Once she had the information I needed, she connected me with Haydn, the store manager of this location, and that’s when the experience went from great to phenomenal. Haydn went above and beyond from the start. Even though his store didn’t have the exact ring in stock, he tracked it down and had it within two business days so he could send me detailed pictures and videos. He captured the beauty of the ring perfectly and even took the time to show me several wedding band options which complemented it. Communication with Haydn was effortless! He was prompt, professional and genuinely friendly. He answered my questions by call or text without delay and made the purchasing process a breeze. Once I made my decision, he had the ring sized, polished, and shipped to me in Las Vegas within one business day. If you’re an out-of-state customer like me, don’t let that stop you from getting the ring of your dreams. Haydn treats you like a best friend, not just a customer. I am beyond grateful for his help in making this milestone so special and will absolutely return to him for our wedding band. You won’t be disappointed with the exceptional service from REEDS.
