I went there with my friend and the staff with short hair named Lily was super rude to us and i think she was racist. She started full on yelling at my friend for starting to climb even though she was neglecting us and didn't tell us what to do! She was like " DID I TELL YOU TO CLIMB? NO. GET DOWN." when several others were climbing without being instructed to. Then she had the audacity to turn to the (white) people next to us and start talking sweetly to them. My friend also had a question and was trying to get her attention, but she just turned away and went somewhere else.

Amazing first time experience rock climbing at Hardrock Climbing. Grace was so helpful and kind assisting us through the whole process. Highly recommend this location for a nice active day out.

Haven’t been here for years and went back and it was just as good !!! What a great afternoon for people of all ages! And great staff makes the whole experince awesome

Great place that spend a few hours, very good exercise. Well priced and plenty of walls. Would be good to have a bit more variety of objects and there is no free walls but thats just a little picky.

Nice and peaceful facilitiy and friendly environment. Came here with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The only problem was that the water and refreshments were a bit expensive and couldn't access the toilets for some reason, it had been lock via a code. Overall, money's worth here if you spend more than 2 hrs and are willing to challenge your climbing ability.
