Excellent team, started a month ago recovering from shoulder& neck injury in the group class only. All the coach i worked with Tara, Val & Deigo are super, even through it is group class they give attention to each individual needs. They are big part for my recovery while getting in shape so far. I know it has been only a moth :-) Kudos & big thanks to all coach’s dedication and effort.

I’ve been coming to Harter Strength North Plano for a few months now and genuinely enjoy it. The coaches are very attentive and always focus on safety, making sure exercises are done with correct posture. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great place to train with confidence.
I’ve been training at Harter Strength North Plano since June 2025, and it’s been an excellent place for strength and conditioning. The programming is structured and intentional, with a great balance of lifting, HIIT, and MetCon classes. Every workout feels challenging but purposeful, never random. What really sets this gym apart is the coaching. Tara and Val are knowledgeable, approachable, and very attentive. They pay close attention to form and technique, offer corrections when needed, and know when to push you or scale things appropriately. You truly feel coached, not just led through a workout!!
I’ve been going to North Plano location for about two months now, and I’ve been enjoying every class. It’s not hard to follow for a newbie, but the workouts really make me feel like I’m getting stronger and building more muscle each week. The coaches are amazing at spotting exactly what’s off in my form and always have a quick trick or cue to help me fix it right away. The personal training session really helped improve my deadlift technique and helped me get better on cutting snacks. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience!
