I had a horrible experience with another dental office and was then recommended Heritage Family Dentistry by a loved one. So, I made an appointment and had the best experience at HFD. The office is so clean, and the staff are all smiling and super friendly. My hygienist, Barbara, was so kind, informative, and gentle. Barbara and Dr. Bradshaw both helped walk me through my future dental care needs and I left feeling super confident. 10/10 recommend!
I love Heritage Family Dentistry. I went to consult about checking and cleaning my teeth and partial dentures. Kayla's cleaning was very careful and gentle, and she wrapped a warm neck pillow around my neck, which made me feel very comfortable. I lost my partial dentures in my new home, and Dr. Jonathan Bradshaw gave me advice on the best solution. I felt that he was very professional. I'm happy to have found the best dentistry in Knoxville!!
Such a wonderful office! We are new to the area and were welcomed in by the caring and efficient staff! Setting up life in a new place can be challenging, but this dentistry experience made this part of the transition so easy!
