ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you're considering using HeyKidsATL party rentals in Peachtree City, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Mechell and I scheduled an initial meeting for her to come see the space and plan how the rental items would be set up. About 20 minutes before our meeting time, she asked if she could come later in the day. We agreed on a new time, but she then showed up much earlier than the rescheduled time, which was inconvenient and showed a lack of respect for others' schedules. Unfortunately, this continued on the day of the party. We had agreed on an 8:00 AM setup time. However, she arrived an hour late for setup, which significantly delayed my preparations for a party with about 100 guests. While I was scrambling to get everything ready after losing that hour, I asked her what time she would need the tables back. She told me she was not in a rush. Despite that, as soon as the party ended at 4:00 PM, she and her staff immediately began breaking down all the tables, even though we had discussed 6:00 PM. After the event, I realized several of my spandex tablecloths were missing. I reached out to her to ask about them but received no response. My messages were completely ignored. I wasn’t originally planning to leave a review, but since I was asked to provide feedback, I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: We discussed an 8:00 AM arrival time during our initial meeting. If we reference the signed contract, it’s also important to note that the contract specifies a pickup window between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. In your response, you stated that you began cleaning up at 4:27 PM, but while setting up we had discussed a 6:00 PM pickup. This creates some confusion about which standard we are using — what was agreed upon in person or what was written in the contract — because the explanation seems to contradict itself, not to mention you were early by both standards. Additionally, you did not arrive at 8:41 AM as mentioned. I texted you at 8:50 AM, and at that time, you said you were still on your way. The space was large enough to adjust the layout if needed. I never asked you to hide any mistakes. I simply asked that the two large rental items be placed on the other side of the lot near the street. Unfortunately, that was not done. I also asked for adjustments because the tables had been placed in a way that felt disorganized and not how I had requested. As a result, I ended up moving many of the items myself to correct the layout, which I should not have had to do. There also seems to be a misunderstanding about the timeline. While the rental items and tables may have been placed by 11:30 AM, the setup was not actually finished at that point. I still had to arrange all of the food, décor, and other items on the tables afterward. I never asked for help with removing the décor and linens. Many items had been thrown together in multiple piles that I later had to sort through. Because of that, several items were misplaced and I am currently missing multiple tablecloths. I initially assumed it may have been accidental, but after following up and not receiving a response, I began to have different concerns. When I first reached out, Cami said she would search for them, but after that I never received an update despite asking again. At this point, I’m not interested in arguing over the $30 cost of the tablecloths. I will simply be using another rental company for my future events. You asked me to leave a review, so I did. I was not trying to leverage anything — I simply wanted my items returned.

Absolutely loved our mermaid bounce house from Hey KIDS! Atl! It was the highlight of the party. The delivery and pickup was easy and quick. Booking online was simple. The company team was warm and friendly and answered all of my questions over the phone. I called many places in my area, and this company answered right away and got the job done! Without a doubt booking with them again! Thank you!

I’ve used this business on two different occasions for my sons first birthday party and a Galantines Day girls night they always provide great service and they deliver and pick up without any issues I recommend them for all of your events big or small.

I was able to rent kids tables and chairs at a reasonable price with very prompt delivery and pickup. Mechell provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again.

We used Hey KIDS! Atl for the bounce houses at our Children’s Business Fair and they were amazing to work with. From the initial contact it was seamless, setup was on time, everything was clean, and the kids absolutely loved it. Their team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process extremely easy on a very busy day. We had a lot of families at the event and the bounce houses were a huge hit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a kids’ event and we will now be using them for every event.

Showed up on time and set up the bounce house quickly! We rented the mini pink bounce house with a ball pit for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. It was perfect for toddlers and was the hit of the party! Staff was super helpful. We plan on renting again soon!
