We have been coming to this pediatric office for over 10 years, and the love, care, and support have never changed. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. The entire staff is incredible—so kind, attentive, and always willing to listen to your concerns and help in any way they can. The office is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming, which truly gives peace of mind as a parent. Dr. Kono is hands down the best pediatrician around. His compassion, knowledge, and genuine care for his patients are unmatched. I am beyond grateful to have him and his amazing team caring for my boys. I would highly recommend this office to any family looking for exceptional pediatric care.

We have been a patient of Dr. Welch for a few years now and she and her team are absolutely incredible, kind, and caring. Justine gave the most comfortable vaccines to our kids they didn't even flinch! Everyone really cares and you can feel it.

We have been coming here for years and love it! Our pediatrician, Dr. Noor is so caring and thorough with our boys and us parents! We’ve seen many other pediatricians and nurses in the practice, and everyone has been wonderful. They are also very responsive to questions and forms via MyChart. Billing has always been straightforward as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the practitioners to the newsletter, I just love every aspect. We are so blessed to have found Highlands and we know our four children are in good hands with Stacey. Who knew it was possible to look forward, with no stress, to seeing your healthcare provider? Thank you Dr. Kono for an amazing practice and for your commitment to patient and provider connection, instead of just transactional visits.

We love HIP so much and we LOVE our pediatrician Maddy. We can tell she really cares about our son. Every question is answered thoughtfully and we never feel rushed. She has a calming presence that is so essential for us as first time parents. 100% recommend her if you’re deciding on a pediatrician for your little one!!
