Training with Michael has totally turned my fitness game around. I initially started working with him to get in shape before my wedding, and lost 30lbs and gained a ton of muscle in the 6 months before the big day!! I continue to train with him (now down 40lbs!) and our training sessions have become a critical part of my weekly routine. He is great at adjusting for any injuries or pains and also great at pushing me to lift heavier, do another rep, etc. which is much needed for me! I’ve been working with Michael for over a year, and returning to a consistent fitness routine at age 65 was a personal goal of mine—especially leading up to my son’s wedding last summer. I have been training with Michael twice a week for over a year, and it's been great! As a woman in my 30s I wanted a more customized workout routine, so turned to personal training. His LoHi gym is great because it feels like a private gym, rather than a large, intimidating one. Michael makes each workout fun and challenging. He is engaging to talk to and plays great music, which makes the hour fly by. I have scoliosis and he customizes workouts to avoid any kind of extra strain/injury to my back. In addition to training sessions, he sends out weekly emails with a variety of helpful and interesting information, from at home workout ideas to his favorite Colorado hiking trails. So happy I stumbled upon Michael and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer in the Denver area!
