HITE is amazing! This is my favorite workout in KC and truly one of the hardest. All of the instructors are wonderful and I've had nothing but outstanding classes taught by Justyne, Ava, and Gigi. Gorgeous aesthetic is a huge plus!
An amazing workout! Very challenging. Our instructor was great at walking us through the moves and adjusting resistant to fit our skill level for each move. Will definitely be back
I’ve been looking for a new reformer studio since moving to KC from Denver and this one is amazing! Very challenging workout which I love and the space is clean and classes are fun! Excited to do more classes.
I had been looking for a place like this for so long! Classes almost all day / every day, the instructors are incredible, great location, love the aesthetic. Has become a staple in my workout routine. Big fan & highly recommend!
LOVED my class at HITE! The studio is so beautiful and the class made me feel so strong. CayLee was so helpful in making sure I had the correct form and making me feel successful. I can’t wait to go back!
