We had a great experience purchasing our wedding rings at Hockley’s today. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave us very personal and tailored advice on selecting our rings. Its a lovely family run business , we will definitely use Hockley’s again in future. Highly recommend.
What a fabulous experience from start to finish.The staff are brilliant very welcoming and engaging. I was looking for a diamond to replace a lost stone in my Fathers wedding ring. Other jewellers in the jewellery quarter were trying to encourage me to purchase a larger stone than the mount size on the ring which would have totally altered the appearance of the ring meaning it would have lost it’s sentimental value. Hockleys said the ring was lovely as it was and not to ruin it by putting a bigger stone in. I chose a really good quality stone, the mount was made more secure and the ring looks beautiful.Thank you Hockley’s you are all fabulous.
My Sisters and I met in the Jewellery Quarter and I was the only one with no real plan. We went into Hockley Jewellers as one Sister had made a purchase there previously and loved the Customer Service. Sandra invited us on warmly and made a variety of suggestions to one Sister regarding what to do with an antique ring. She also arranged for a ring to be repaired on the same afternoon for my other Sister. And then, after allowing us to try on a fabulous diamond ring, I mentioned that I’d always fancied an emerald/diamond ring. We had a great discussion about mined v lab emeralds and I got to try on a good 8 or 9 rings. After going for a cuppa, I went back and ordered the most fab ring. Thank you to Sandra for her warm and friendly welcome and knowledgeable customer service. The ring wasn’t big enough, but the new one was ready to be delivered 3 working days later. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a jewellery purchase. Their patience, knowledge and welcome is a rare find. Thankyou
I had been looking for a 9ct gold gents bracelet for some months to purchase in memory of a loved one. I had no success in finding what I wanted either in local jewellers or indeed on-line where my experience showed quality is very questionable. I wish I had visited Hockley Jewellers at the start as the modest rail fare from Lancashire proved to be very worthwhile. Abbie and the entire team were exceptional in the level of professional and friendly service and care. Within 5 minutes of entering the shop I was presented with exactly what I had been looking for and within another 30 minutes the bracelet had been adjusted for my requirements by the in house workshop team. In addition the workshop re-sized a ring whilst I was having lunch around the corner and texted me when ready for collection, all cleaned and sparkling like a new ring. If you are looking for top quality jewellery and customer service with a 'wow' factor, look no further than Hockley Jewellers. Thank you very much.
I cannot put into words how exciting and fun the experience was picking out our wedding bands with Mike at Hockley jewellers Ltd. He was so patient and not pushy at all, especially as I didn’t have a clue what I wanted going into it. I must of tried on about 20 rings at least lol. We had such a laugh with him and it made it so memorable for us. We couldn’t recommend him or this shop enough. Every member of staff was so kind and welcoming. We’ve ended up with the most incredible wedding rings, at such a good price. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us during our visit.We got our rings in a beautiful box and bag. 5 ⭐️ experience.
