My wife and I came to the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter in search of a solitaire diamond ring. We went into a couple of jewellers where we saw some lovely rings but nothing that truly hit the spot. After lunch we decided to pop into Mitchel & Co and are so pleased we did. We were served by the owner’s husband who was really helpful but not at all pushy. We looked at several rings before deciding to build our own! We chose our diamond and the setting and asked for it to be posted to us in time for my wife’s birthday. All the team members we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience without feeling pressured at all. The beautiful ring arrived as promised on my wife’s birthday! We fully recommend Mitchel & Co for all your jewellery needs. We will definitely be returning.
My fiancé and I visited the Jewellery Quarter in November in search for our wedding rings. Mitchel & Co was the first jewellery shop we went into, and after a full day visiting other jewellers we were drawn back to Mitchel & Co Niko helped us find our wedding rings, encouraging us to try on lots of different styles. I ended up purchasing a ring I wouldn’t have considered without Niko’s help! He was so friendly, helpful and patient, also showing us around where our rings would be crafted. Niko remained contactable after ordering our rings We collected our rings today with Helen who was welcoming and helpful. She kindly cleaned my engagement ring too. Niko ensured he said hello to us which made us feel remembered Our rings are lovely, they were presented in a duo box, and were also engraved free of charge Our experience with Mitchel & Co has been fantastic. We can’t praise the staff enough! We’d highly recommend coming here. Thank you so much!
We had a fantastic experience choosing an engagement ring at Mitchel & Co. We booked an appointment, were greeted straight away and offered a comfy seat and a drink as we arrived. The whole experience from start to finish was very relaxed but thorough. A special shout out to Michaela for her fantastic service. We never felt pushed or pressured to choose a certain style or price point. Michaela helped us to design the perfect ring and I couldn’t happier with the bespoke piece I had made! Thanks again.
Great experience from start to finish. Nicole talked me through all the options out there and the different styles of ring. I settled for a very tricky bespoke design (designed by the Mitchel & Co team) - After CADs and Wax works, the ring was ready to be made and was made in a matter of week! Can’t recommend them enough! Stunning ring, excellent service, reasonable prices! Thank you so much to Nicole and the wider Mitchel & Co team! We will definitely be coming back for the wedding ring!
If you’re shopping for rings in the jewellery quarter don’t waste your time anywhere else! Got my first ring from them a couple of years ago. A gold signet ring with a custom engraving that held deep sentimental value. It had to be resized twice and they done it for me no questions asked. This year i returned to purchase an engagement ring and again had beyond excellent customer service. Helen listened to my ideas and offered expert advice to help bring it to life. & Big thanks to Bhav who kept in touch on whatsapp throughout the process and made the collection a great experience.
