This was my first experience of selling a house which was daunting as it felt different to buying! The team at Hogg & Hogg made it a smooth process. From Helen visiting to value the house to Ceri then taking over the sale, explaining each step, answering any questions I had and communicating progress regularly. The whole team were incredibly supportive through a stressful time. If I ever popped into the branch it felt like everyone in the team knew about the sale, not just my agent. Hogg & Hogg have such a personable approach whilst remaining professional. Hogg and Hogg are an outstanding independent family owned estate agency, and provided an excellent service for our recent property sale. They fully justified our decision to trust an independent agency and stay away from the expensive, hard sell of the "corporates". The whole team were highly professional and helpful.
