We sold our house with Tathams and had a fantastic experience. Their honesty and communication were second-to-none, and they were easy to chat to whenever we needed their guidance. The footage they took of our house looked incredible and was definitely part of the reason why it sold so quickly for the asking price. If you’re in two minds of which company to deal with, use Tathams!

Superb service from everyone at Tathams. From Rich’s initial valuation through to Catrin and Nia progressing the sale for both seller and buyer, the whole team was professional, proactive, and highly effective throughout. From advertising to completion in just 12 weeks: Advertised 01/09 ➡️ SSTC 16/09 ➡️ Completed 28/11. Having great buyers and solicitors certainly helped, but Tathams played a huge part in keeping everything moving smoothly. Highly recommended.

Rich and the team were brilliant start to finish. In my experience communication with agents/solicitors can be tough during times of buying or selling a property. However Tathams were always on hand to answer calls and update throughout the process, even creating a WhatsApp group between ourselves and their team. They bring a refreshing, modern approach to estate agency. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from all at Tathums. From my first meeting with Richard I felt so confident about everything. The marketing was superb , every worry I had was dealt with immediately and the whole team were so helpful. I cannot believe how easy they made the whole process. I am now happily living in my forever home , still amazed how quickly and seamlessly it was all achieved. I have moved 6 times and I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience I have had. I heartily recommend Tathums for their professionalism and care .

I have used Richard and the team on 3 sales now and would trust them with again should I need to! Nia and Catrin were faultless and managed the sale of the property with no hassle and took all of the stress of moving house off of our hands. Professional team that always greet you with a smile and timely correspondence, thank you all.. been an absolute pleasure!
