I had a great experience with AJ Galvan. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue with my heater. The repair was done efficiently, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend.
Technician Jorge Valenzuela was super nice and helpful. Explained things in a way so I could understand. Got right to work and gave me options to move forward. He even got my system temporarily working while we waited for the replacement parts to be shipped and installed!
From the first phone call to the completion of the appointment I had a 5 star experience. The person I spoke with to schedule was very thorough in explaining the gold and silver maintenance plans and was able to schedule my first appointment for the following day. The technician, Dallas, was extremely professional and very communicative. He explained the maintenance he did and assured us that everything looked good with our unit. We did the gold maintenance plan and are happy to support this local business.
We had an HVAC issue on Black Friday; Holders had someone out within a couple hours. The tech, Angel, was outstanding! He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and polite. The callout was surprisingly affordable too. We would definitely recommend Holders and Angel!
