Had very pleasant experience with everyone I interacted with at this company. I feel they were fair and understanding. While it is hard to know what is a "fair price" in this day and age, I am very happy that this $1k repair prevented me from having to buy a new unit (10-20 k?). I feel confident that when I do have to replace this unit, I will have this company do it
Today, we received follow up service for an earlier paid maintenance plan with South Valley Air. A few days ago, their office manager contacted me to set up a visit. Technician “Bo” arrived as requested and serviced our central air furnace and winterize the evaporative cooler. He was very attentive to both systems and double checked our interior vents, including carbon monoxide check. I was impressed with his service and attitude.
Chris the owner and his company were truly godsent. He showed us such empathy and compassion after we had been taken advantage of by another company that left us without a working AC system after we cancelled their contract, but Chris and his team at sun valley stepped in immediately to help. They went above and beyond even working on a Saturday to replace our ducting and all the damage caused by the other company. As a mother to a special needs child, I cannot express enough gratitude for their kindness professionalism and urgency in making sure our home was safe and comfortable again. We are forever grateful to Chris and his team for their honesty and excellent service.
Called Chris the owner late yesterday evening and immediately sent out a tech to check out our unit and got it going less then 30 minutes. Very up front and went above and beyond. Reasonable prices highly recommend! Thank you Chris and his team! Will definitely refer him to family and friends. 🙏🏼
