Worked with Holt Plumbing for the first time to have them take a look at a commercial property regarding an unknown plumbing related issue. The tech. was with us for probably 10 minutes and stated that they would have to come back once again with an additional individual to help perform some additional work at an additional cost, which I was perfectly fine with. Holt Plumbing sent me an estimate for that work as well as an invoice for the initial visit which included an egregious hourly rate and a "billing and administrative fee". I've never seen a company add a "billing and administrative fee" to their invoicing - extremely tacky. I'll find someone else to finish the job.
I had an exceptional experience and service from Holt Plumbing. Geoffrey, our service technician, was highly knowledgeable and helpful in addressing all of our questions and concerns. His expertise and assistance were instrumental in my decision to write this review and share my positive experience with Holt Plumbing. If you require plumbing services, I would not hesitate to recommend Geoffrey and Holt Plumbing.
Geoff from Holt is awesome. He came to fix and replace shower fixture and did the best job I've seen to date. Very professional and he walked me through the steps, cleaned up everything after and completed the best job I've seen. Eventhough it was late in the day, Geoff was very through and did not rush any part of the job. Although he did not leave until 9 pm, Geoff made sure everything was working and cleaned up everything. Cannot compliment Geoff enough. I'll absolutely use Holt again and ask for Geoff.
Dee with Holt Plumbing saved the day at our house! We called at 11am and Dee was able to work us in by 4pm - speedy service! He was diligent and remained until the job was done to ensure that our plumbing was fixed, water turned back on and we did not have to go to a hotel! He was also friendly, kind, and had the best smile I have seen in days! Thank you for the timely, great service - we highly recommend Dee and HOLT!!
My neighbors recommended Holt Plumbing for the quality of work and customer service. I knew I had a leak and some Home maintenance that needed attention. I did not understand what it really encompassed . Geoff Was the service man who came to assist me. He went out of his way to put me at ease and showed me so much courtesy and respect. He educated me through the process explaining what was needed and why. He was professional and thorough through the entire job. It is going to end up being a two day job and he explained why that was going to have to happen that way. I wholeheartedly recommend Holt Plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs, and Geoff as of repairman who you will feel comfortable having in your home.
