Eric did a perfect job on cutting my hair to my exact specifications and liking. The straight edge neck shave was icing on top of the entire experience. Will definitely be back to the Honest Barber.

The staff at Honest Barber are hardworking individuals. However, you may find yourself waiting close to 30 minutes to receive a haircut, even with an appointment. This has occured to me on multiple occasions. There are better male haircut options in Austin that offer services at the prevailing market rate. Don't bother with this place.
I moved to Austin in July and after trying a few barbers, I finally found my guy. Kirk is incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented with every cut. He takes the time to ask how I style my hair day-to-day, makes adjustments based on what works best, and never rushes the process. You can tell he really cares about the end result and his clients. After two cuts, I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a barber who actually listens and delivers consistently great results, go see Kirk.
I’ve been going to Spoon at Honest Barber for years, and he always knocks it out of the park with my hair. My hair can be a little tricky, and I’m constantly wanting something new and edgy—but Spoon always delivers! On top of that, he’s just a great guy to hang out with and always has the scoop on the best food spots in Austin. Highly recommend booking your next cut with him!
