I have now been to this salon twice, once in the chair myself and a second time as spectator for support and I cannot rave enough about this location. Liv is attentive to all of her clients and really takes the time to solve all hair problems all while being an emotional support to her clients. It didn't stop there, her assistant shared the same qualities being a true extension of values. I cannot wait to continue my hair journey at this salon!
As always! My stylist is professional and courteous and compassionate as well as amazing! Carine listens and see’s a vision but is amazing at making sure you understands! Thank you for always understanding! I have cancer and curly hair, so right now I have a lot of different hair growing. Carin makes sure I stay fashionable and sassy:) if you have curly hair I would definitely book with her:)
Caren tames my thick, wild, frizzy hair with a perm and it comes out beautiful. It is hard to find anyone to do perms these days but she is the best I have ever had.
I’ve never been more relaxed or impressed with any hair experience until now. Coco is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in and ensures your comfort as you get settled in your stylists chair, Cici was nothing short of a miracle worker, making even my most stubborn and hard to work with hair into what I never thought possible. Her techniques knowledge and charisma puts her work above any I’ve had. The attention to detail, personal connection, and let’s not forget to mention head massage shows her dedication and continual motivation to increase her knowledge and experience, ultimately improving every guest experience. I look forward to every time I go to Harlow, and can’t express enough how much others should get to experience the luxurious and relaxing environment!
I cannot recommend Nikki highly enough, she is, without a doubt, a miracle worker. I’ve been seeing her for three years, and in that time, she has completely transformed my hair from being damaged and lifeless to being healthy, vibrant, and exactly what I’ve always wanted. My trust in Nikki was established at our very first appointment. She gave me the hard truth, telling me my hair was not healthy, and telling me that if I came back with more damage, she wouldn't color it. In an industry where so many stylists will prioritize revenue over hair health, that honesty was everything. It immediately showed me that she cared about the long-term health of my hair, not just the quick fix. From that day forward, Nikki gave me a complete hair education. She set me up with the right products, gave me a much-needed lecture on proper care, and encouraged me to ditch my flat iron and invest in a quality blow dryer and curling iron. Because of her guidance, my hair has truly come back to life. Over the last three years, we've been on a super fun, creative journey. We’ve gone from brown to red, to red with a balayage, to a bright blonde, and now back to my natural color with a face-framing partial balayage. We've added long layers and taken it to shoulder length. Nikki often jokes that she never knows what I’ll ask for next, but every single time (as long as my hair is healthy!), she meets the request with a smile. Half the time, I walk in with just a vague idea and let her take the lead, because I fully trust her eye to know what looks best. She has never disappointed me, she truly kills it every single time. Not to mention I love to sit and talk with her during our sessions.
