Hotworx is my go to place for recovery. The red light therapy and heat of the sauna help maximize recovery.
70th and Pioneer is my fav location. Best decision I made was joining. Gives me time to myself and the girls are always inviting and friendly.
LOVE hotworx! Has been so amazing and I have seen great results! The hot core workouts especially, i’ve been in the gym and doing sports for 5 years and have never been able to see this much definition in my abs before hotworx!
I love HOTWORX! It's the only workout routine I have been able to stick to. The infrared benefits are so addicting! I have slept so much better since working out here, and have noticed my previous back pain reduced dramatically.
