Our older cockapoo was recently in for a small surgical procedure and Dr. Heatwole and his team kept us updated throughout the day. Everything went great and we could tell that she was well taken care of. We have been very pleased over the years with the service at Hub City and all of the staff from those that assist at the front desk to the techs and veterinarians have always been very kind, compassionate and helpful.

We took our recently rescued dogs to Hub City yesterday for their first appointment. The staff greeted us warmly (we're returning customers). Our vet tech was Reagan and she made sure that our questions were answered and the records from the rescue organization were thoroughly reviewed and entered into the system. She was friendly and efficient. Dr. Heatwole is our vet and we have the utmost confidence in his care and treatment of our dogs. He did a thorough evaluation and answered all of our questions about the dogs and how we should move forward with giving them the life they deserve. We highly recommend the vets and staff at Hub City Vet Clinic!

Dr. Cloud, Clair, and all of the front staff including Sarah are so wonderful! I brought my baby Wyatt in to see them as a walk in and they were able to fit him right in for his abscess care! They are so kind, professional and reassuring when leaving your beloved fur baby in their hands! They are a fantastic team!

We took our sweet Memphis to this vet not knowing it was the last time we’d see her. We took her to get spayed a simple procedure and we ended up getting a phone call a few hours later that she had died. We did not get a straight answer of what happened, the vet told us her blood work was perfect everything was perfect and they just couldn’t give us a straight answer of what happened to our girl. They ended up getting a necropsy done and it showed she died from anesthesia which showed 5 out of every 13,000 dogs can die from it (very rare). We just feel like she wasn’t being monitored and feel like people should be warned before taking your dog to this vet. The vet didn’t offer us anything besides some flowers and a cremation. We miss our sweet girl so much it’s been so tough. They couldn’t even refund the money we paid before the visit absolutely crazy. Would not recommend to anyone and this vet should be STOPPED.

Visited Hub City for our puppy’s first wellness check and had an absolutely perfect visit! The staff was super welcoming and gave our puppy all the love. Dr. Stone and Abigail did the checkup for our baby and were both very accommodating, answered all the questions we had as first time dog parents, and even took an adorable photo with our puppy. They both went above and beyond and we left raving about how awesome a visit it was and how glad we were that we picked this vet. Looking forward to continue with Hub City for all our baby’s needs!!
