I had my hair done by Jordan and had a really great experience. I went in with very dark brown/black hair, and Jordan did an amazing job lightening it far more than we originally thought would be possible, while still keeping my hair healthy and well cared for. He was really friendly and reassuring throughout the appointment and took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The balayage is beautifully blended and the overall finish looks polished and professional. Thank you for such a positive experience - I’m really happy!
UPDATE / PART 2 This is an update to my experience following my haircut on 9 December. Since my last review, the situation has still not been resolved. Despite multiple follow-up emails, my last emails received no reply, and no refund has been issued. I was explicitly told by the salon that a refund would be processed and was asked to provide my bank details, which I did. I provided them and then was ignored for a full week — no refund, no updates, no replies to my last emails. After waiting and getting nowhere, I left a review. A week after we called to ask what was happening and were told that the refund would no longer be issued because I left a bad review. At this point, I am out of pocket, and I am also having to spend more money at another salon to fix the damage caused to my hair. This has been handled extremely poorly from start to finish. What’s most shocking is not just the bad haircut, but the way this has been handled afterward — broken promises, no communication, and then retaliation for leaving an honest review. I’m leaving this update so people can understand not only the quality of the work, but how problems are handled when something goes wrong.
Absolutely loved my haircut and style with Jordan. He was so lovely from start to finish and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The result honestly exceeded my expectations. It is the best my hair has ever looked. I walked out feeling confident, fresh, and genuinely thrilled with the finish. I would recommend Jordan without hesitation and cannot wait to book again.
I had my haircut on 9 December. It has now been a week, and the situation has still not been resolved. During the consultation, I asked to add soft layers at the bottom. Instead, my hair was cut unevenly with random, choppy sections starting halfway down the length. The front — which I asked not to be touched — was cut significantly shorter, and on one side around my face there is an abrupt short section that looks very bad and cannot be blended. I spent two years growing my hair, and in one appointment it was damaged to the point that the only way to fix it now is to cut it much shorter. I now also have to spend more money at another salon to fix this than I paid for this haircut. I was asked to return and discuss possible next steps, but I do not trust the salon to correct damage that should never have happened in the first place. Management confirmed in writing that a refund would be issued and asked for my bank details, but despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been done. My last two emails, sent on Friday, have received no reply at all, and no refund has been processed. This is not a minor styling issue — it is permanent damage to hair that took years to grow. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious, especially if you care about maintaining your hair length. I am posting photos of the haircut, so people can judge for themselves.
Charlotte went above and beyond during my appointment to have my hair extensions taken out, cleaned, re-fitted. I also had my hair colour refreshed and my red moneypieces bleached and dyed red again. The whole process was fantastic - Charlotte shared her opinion on what would look best and I was guided by her ideas and thoughts which was a great call because I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Charlotte provided hair care tips too which has completely changed the way I look after my hair extensions for the better. I loved my appointment and know I’ll always be in safe hands with Charlotte. The whole team were friendly and welcoming, and made me feel very at ease. Thank you!
