I needed a ring repairing (not purchased from this store), and from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. The repair itself was done beautifully — my ring looked as good as new. What truly impressed me, though, was the personal touch. When I came back to collect the ring, they remembered my name without me even having to say it. It’s a small detail, but it made me feel valued and showed how much they care about their customers.
