We went into the store to have my late Mother’s engagement ring redesigned with a 2ct. Lab grown diamond. The service was exceptional and the owner was very friendly. The redesign is gorgeous and only took 2 weeks! I will always trust the jeweller for any project I would like to have completed. The store is clean and inviting. My highest recommendation goes to their service, friendliness, their work ability and speed.

I recently went to H&Z Diamond Centre to have my engagement ring resized because it has become loose. Hani informed me that due to the particular setting, any adjustments would cause the diamonds to fall out and advised I try a little spiral he cut for me to keep it in place. I genuinely appreciated his honesty, because a different jewelry store in Mapleview Mall resized it when I first received it, and the diamonds have fallen out several times, which meant I had to take it to the original store in Markham, wait several days, and then go back and pick it up. I did end up getting jewelry cleaner which is the best I've ever used - my silver Tiffany necklaces came out sparkling within seconds! I will absolutely be back next time I'm looking for a piece of jewelry - it's hard to come across genuine, authentic people, so I'm so happy I've found a jeweler I can trust!

In sum, everything about my experience with Hani while purchasing an engagement ring left me very thankful and impressed! I'll certainly trust him with our wedding bands when the time comes. I entered the store with some trepidation, but Hani quickly put me at ease with his kind and straightforward approach. When I wasn't able to find a certain style of engagement ring in-store, he considered my ideas and suggested that a ring be custom made. I was initially concerned about the cost and timeline of a custom ring, but he listened carefully to the details I gave him and suggested a ring within my budget and time-frame. This initial visit took less than 45 minutes. The order came in a few days early (1.5 weeks after the order was placed), and that was only the first bonus! Hani had managed to upgrade the sizes (and in two of three cases, the quality) of each diamond in the engagement ring, all without modifying the original price! In the end, I left with a ring that cost roughly half the price of what a similar ring might cost at other stores (based on some online comparisons). Throughout the process, he gave honest advice about the aesthetics of the ring and the feasibility of my hopes for the design.
