Great service! I came in to get a screen protector and phone cover, and the experience was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure everything fit perfectly. I brought my Pixel 8 here to get the screen replaced. I called ahead to even see if they worked on these phones because not a lot of people do. He said he would and between the phone call and when I actually gave him the phone, the price changed 3 times. Always increasing of course. It took him 3 days to fix it. After he couldn't do it himself on the first day he took it to the "main store", wherever THAT is. I FINALLY got the phone back and the touchscreen sticks when I'm touching buttons, my microphone won't work for Google or voice typing, my front camera isn't aligned properly and has dust behind it now, and the screen is not even the right screen. He very deliberately told me that this screen was OEM from Google and that is very much false. I debugged my phone and it found malware and aftermarket parts. I asked for any sort of compensation for the shoddy work and I was just met with more salesman garbage and him wanting me to bring it back to him. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to shop.

Yigit was the best! I highly recommend for cell phone repairs and screen replacements. Google Pixel products are pricey and he gave me an awesome deal, plus, had my repair done in less than 1 hr. Their shop is just inside the main doors of WM so you can shop while you wait.
