Absolutely the most professional stereo place I have found. The work is professional, clean and reliable. The after sales support is fantastic. Had an issue with the product, and they helped get the manufacture to replace the unit at no cost. Have been so impressed that I bought a dash cam system and we a re looking into getting interior lighting done.
I had Texas Audio upgrade the old stereo I had in my 2014 Toyota Highlander with a new multimedia CarPlay stereo and it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely professional and friendly when explaining the options I had. No high pressure sales and wonderful customer service was the key to me making the decision to move forward with them. The showroom is clean and organized which was refreshing compared to the competition I visited where it looked like a tornado ran through them. Texas Audio definitely earned my trust and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know for their upgrade needs.
Greatest experience I've received in years! I felt like I was part of the family. Jr and his staff are amazing. Their professionalism and audio knowledge is impeccable. Jr listened to my concerns about installing a safety devise on our teenage daughters Toyota Sequioa to help her drive safely. Jr's staff did an amazing job, and we will recommend using this company for all audio and vehicle safety devises to all our family and friends!
Junior and his team at Texas Audio have been my go to shop for my vehicles for the past 20 years. I’ve brought him almost a dozen trucks and they have always been great to me and treated me more than fair on my needs and pricing. Their knowledge and customer service is second to none. I’ve never had an issue with the installation and I tell everyone I meet about them. I just came in for some new speakers on my “new to me” truck and I’ll be back to upgrade the stereo with a big screen replacement. They will always be highly recommended in my book. Amazing family business!!
I went to Texas Audio and met Mohammad to install an inverter in my Nissan frontier. I bought the Jupiter 2000w/4000w from harbor freight with 2 year warranty. I was initially quoted $150 over the phone but in person I was charged $470. I’m very happy with the work, and I brought it back for an adjustment. They scooted it down an inch so that I’m now able to properly open the elbow compartment. I like their work but it does seem like a price gouge.
